Why have we done this?
ScotSail operates a fleet of private charter and RYA Training yachts from Largs Yacht Haven, Scotland and through International Partners, Europe and other International Charter Destinations: and has been closely involved with Corporate Team-Building and Hospitality operations for a number of years. The very nature of sailing a yacht lends itself easily to basic concepts such as teamwork, delegation and hierarchy and these, we have learned, are vital in running a smooth operation in any context or industry.
The G8 Group's clients include KPMG Ireland, CitiGroup, Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), Quintiles Transnational and other major U.K. and multi-national organisations however, you don't need to be a member of a large corporation to benefit from The G8 Groups' services; one-to-one coaching and small-group programmes are a core-business of The G8 Group. |
